AUTUMN VEGETARIAN BASED - 7 COURSE MENU

FIRST COURSE - MEET & GREET

A welcoming start with Halloumi sticks, dips & sauces, green olives, black olives, Hummous, sun dried tomato & nan bread sticks with a selection of seven roasted nuts to awaken the pallate. Well presented with vegetable balls alonside to delight. A unique presentation to get you going.

SECOND COURSE - BED FELLOWS

Delicately prepared succulent Cougette & Carrot sticks bound in sheaves with spring unions, covered with a thick layer of aromatic herbs, trapped on onion spaghetti that were infused with chive & Corinander. These are vegetarian stars for your second course, bursting with hidden flavours to delight. Served on a bed of lettuce leaves to enhance the taste.

THIRD COURSE - MUSHROOMS DANCING

Beautifully cooked & seasoned, spicy Portobello Mushrooms and Shiitake Mushrooms on a bed of white and red onions woven around the mushrooms spires. Sauteed with black bean sauce & garlic. Plated with rings of red pointed peppers & served with Garlic bread. You have never seen or tasted anything like it.

FOURTH COURSE - GROWING IDEAS

Tied up baby corn bundles, well seasoned, allowed to marinate overnight. Infused with nine herbs, cooked to perfection and then smothered with the secret house sauce. Presented with Cast iron pan fried & grilled vegetables mix of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower to achieve a quality taste that delights the tongue. Served with terracota clay plates.

FIFTH COURSE - VEG -3-WAYS

Potato cooked in three different ways (Boiled, Fried & Baked). First allowed to marinate properly in a mixture of nine different herbs and spices, then cooked to perfection. Smothered three ways with Soya butter, black pepper sauce & thick onion puree. The flavours come alive when rested on a bed of nicely pan fried mixture of white Onions, red onions & shallots to delight you. Accompanied by parcels mixed vegetables served in tubes of green, yellow and red bell pepper mixed with white & red onions to delight. Served with options of Basmati rice or wild rice. SIXTH COURSE - FRUITS OR PARADISE?

A mixed fruit presentation of seven sweet fruity flavous combined to make you confess your sins. Enriched with bananasc slices, pineapple, clemetine, oranges, black grapes, apples and cherries.

SEVENTH COURSE - SINNER'S CHOICE

Triple servings of mixed Vanila, Chocolate & Strawberry Swedish Glace ice cream made with soy, sprinkled with dusts of dried fruit flakes & sun dried raisins. Naturally followed by your favourite tea/coffee.

Our chefs are available to come to your private residence or selected private location to cook your food and wow your guests. We will come with all the ingredients, fully equipped to prep, cook, serve the meal & clean up your kitchen & dishes for afterwards. It will reflect your tastes, your desires, your vision and your preferences for the season - not ours. Our job is to meet your need and to pamper you and your guests.

Sensible Pricing

Price per head varies depending on your desired menu choice(s). Expect to spend from a minimum of £45 per head+ (Includes linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware if required) & service staff and table set up). Food is served with White wine, Red wine or Rose, as well as fruit juices, tea/cofee. Service must be paid for in advance once terms are agreed. All our prices include VAT. We promise you that there will be no hidden extras.
